In the unlikely event a problem occurs, please send me an email--I am knowledgeable about all items sold, and most of the time we can help to solve the problem through communication. The following applies to returns of this item: Returns are generally accepted within 14 days from delivery. Returns/refunds granted for any reason OTHER than an incorrect or malfunctioning product (when sold as functioning) are subject to a restocking fee (5% of the item price) plus deduction of the original shipping/handling cost. The returned item and any retail packaging must be returned in exactly the same, re-salable, working condition received. Any unopened retail packaging MUST be returned unopened. Returns not meeting these guidelines cannot be accepted. Notify us IMMEDIATELY about items damaged in transit, whether visibly damaged or malfunctioning. A claim will be filed on your behalf. Please retain any and all packaging materials for UPS/USPS/Fedex inspection and claim validation. Unauthorized repair attempts void any damage claims and/or return eligibility. Shipping and handling is generally billed by weight. The calculator here is not refined and may not always get it right, so we reserve the right to bill additional freight in cases of large and heavy items where the calculator is way off. The best way to avoid surprises is to email me with your ZIP code for a precise quote for any item that weighs more than a pound BEFORE going through checkout. Everyone remains happy and knows what to expect. :-)

Paypal is accepted for shipped online orders. Local pickup (and sometimes delivery) with cash payment can be arranged in the Denver, CO area. PayPal requires shipment of merchandise, and cannot be accepted for local pickup or delivery. email highvoltage50@gmail.com with questions.
