What you see is what you get. These products are acquired in small quantities at garage sales, estate sales, and other venues, from individual original owners that no longer use the associated equipment. They are thoroughly examined to ensure any packaging is intact and contents are in the new and sealed condition described. I am not associated with ResMed or any other manufacturer in any way. I am not an agent of ResMed or any other manufacturer in any way. Any post-sale issues should be directed to me.
The following applies to returns of this item: Returns are generally accepted within 14 days from delivery. Returns/refunds granted for any reason OTHER than an incorrect or malfunctioning product (when sold as functioning) are subject to a restocking fee (5% of the item price) plus deduction of the original shipping/handling cost. The returned item and any retail packaging must be returned in exactly the same, re-salable, working condition received. Any unopened retail packaging MUST be returned unopened. Returns not meeting these guidelines cannot be accepted. Notify us IMMEDIATELY about items damaged in transit, whether visibly damaged or malfunctioning. A claim will be filed on your behalf. Please retain any and all packaging materials for UPS/USPS/Fedex inspection and claim validation. Unauthorized repair attempts void any damage claims and/or return eligibility.
